Part 16 - How To Elevate Your "I AM" Statements To Manifest FASTER

Now that you have a steady understanding of what I Am statements are and how to use them, lets take them to a higher level by adding one crucial step that steps up your program development. I personally felt silly doing this, but once I understood, and felt the difference, I began to do this every time.

There are a few ways you can elevate your I Am statements practice:

  1. Make your I Am statements specific and personal. Rather than using generic affirmations, create affirmations that are tailored to your specific needs and goals. For example, instead of saying “I Am successful,” you might say “I Am successful in my career and am continually learning and growing.”

  2. Use visualization and other creative techniques. In addition to simply repeating your I Am statements, try visualizing yourself as the person you want to be, or use other creative techniques such as writing or drawing to reinforce your affirmations.

  3. Create a ritual or routine around your I Am statements practice. Choose a specific time and place to say your affirmations, and make it a regular part of your daily routine.

  4. Use your I Am statements to guide your actions. In addition to simply repeating your affirmations, try to actively incorporate them into your daily life. For example, if you affirm “I Am confident,” try to take on tasks and challenges that will help you build confidence.

  5. Seek out support and accountability. Share your I Am statements practice with a friend, partner, or coach, and work together to stay motivated and accountable.
