The Slight Edge is a philosophy developed by Jeff Olson, the author of the book “The Slight Edge: Turning Simple Disciplines into Massive Success and Happiness.” The idea behind the Slight Edge approach is that small, consistent actions or habits can lead to significant improvements and long-term success. Olson argues that it’s not the big, dramatic changes or events in our lives that determine our success, but rather the small, everyday habits and decisions that we make. According to Olson, by consistently applying the Slight Edge principles, anyone can achieve their goals and create the life they want. The key is to focus on making small, incremental improvements on a daily basis, rather than trying to make big, dramatic changes all at once.
