This is because the words we use can influence the way we think and feel about ourselves and the world around us, and can shape our reality and the way we perceive and interpret events and experiences.

In this video we take a quick look at the words we use on a daily basis and how we can substitute them for words that spark a positive feeling within us rather then a negative one.
